glucose monitoring (NiCGM) technique, doːum vital sign
monitor provides your realtime blood glucose level and
continuous monitoring of its trend for 24 hours and 7 days a week.
The data will be stored in your smart phone and your personalized
data storage in our doːum healthcare platform.
You and your doctor can review the data anytime and anywhere.


Our patented NiCGM module is based on multiple NIR band
attenuated total reflectance (ATR) of NIR absorption
spectroscopy and photoplethysmography (PPG) application.

Why NIR?

NearIR spectroscopy is a proven technique in the industrial
analysis to measure the contents in food and dairy products
including sugar contents in liquid substances.
Regular NIR spectroscopy system is a desktop instrument or
portable equipment. Our NiCGM integrates all the features of
NIR spectroscopy system into a tiny electronic module.

How it works?

NiCGM is consist of;

  • PhotoSensor Module with multiple narrow band LEDs and short wavelength enhanced InGaAs photodiode
  • Advanced Microelectronics & Analog Front Ends
  • Digital Signal Processing and Machine Learning Algorithm running on MCU

What is difference?


Our NIR NiCGM is truly noninvasive unlike conventional glucose
monitor which is taking blood from fingertip or patch type
minimal invasive continuous glucose monitor.


NiCGM in VSM band is continuously monitoring blood glucose
level while conventional glucose monitor is intermittent.
NiCGM can provide not only current blood glucose level but
also glucose trend and pattern analysis such as Time-in-Range (TIR).

No Replacing Part

NiCGM does not need any part to be replaced while test strip of conventional glucose monitor
should be changed with new one at every measurement and patch type glucose sensor
should be replaced in a week or two.
